Whatcha-Macallits--Encourages students to write better, read and comprehend better, and understand more deeply the importance of effective communication skills. Children use a worksheet (top sample, below) to describe the attributes from each set (bottom sample, below). Then using complete sentences they must write a description of the set so that another a parent or another child (without seeing the pictures) can name or draw a member of the set.
