Tuition & Class Schedule

Tuition Plan

Tuition is based on the number and type of classes taken. Class Fees do not include curriculum and supplies. For fees and descriptions, please click on class desired.

Payment

A $50.00 non-refundable deposit, applied to your first class payment, is required to secure your student's place. Your annual registration fee is due on the first day of class. 

Parents can choose one of the following payment plans: Cash, Check, VISA, MasterCard or our 

4-Payment Plan:

All payments must be made prior to the end of the semester. For students enrolled in the 2-semester courses, the class fees reflect the entire year and are due and payable in full prior by the end of the  FIRST semester. Extended payment arrangements are available for all Advanced Math Classes or with special approval ONLY. 

If a student withdraws before the second class, they will receive a refund of tuition less the deposit collected. No refunds will be issued after the second class. Should you choose the 3-month payment option and withdraw after the 2nd class, the balance of the class fees will become due immediately.

Accounts not paid in full by December 15th may be subject to additional collection activity and late fees.

There is a $25 returned check fee for checks returned by our bank for any reason.

Student Registration Fee

There is a $30 per year student registration fee for the first student, plus $20 for each additional student from the same family. This fee is due on the first day of class. Students enrolling for the first time in the Spring will have a $20 semester registration fee.

Class Changes/Cancellations

Creative Arts In Action reserves the right to change instructors or cancel a class if enrollment is insufficient. If a class is canceled, your entire tuition will be refunded.

Our classes vary between 14 - 16 weeks for the fall semester and 14 - 16 weeks for the spring semester. Please pay close attention to the schedule. 

All 2008 Fall Classes  will commence on Monday August 18th with the exception of the classes noted on the schedule. 

Classes will not be held at the Learning Center on September 1st, in honor of Labor Day and 11/25 - 11/28/08 for Thanksgiving. 

The Spring 2009 Semester will commence on January 12^th . The Center will be closed March 16^th – 20^th for Spring Break.
